【摘要】:Thispracticeisintendedforuseinthewastemanagementindustriestocollectsamplesofunconsolidatedwastefromtrucks.Thesamplingproceduresdescribedaregeneralandshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithasite-specificworkplan.Thepurposeofcollectingwastesamplesdirectlyfromatruck(ratherthanthewastesource)istoverify(usuallywithscreeninganalyses)thatthewastecontainedinthetruckisthesameorsimilarmaterialfromawastesourcethathasbeenpreviouslycharacterizedandapprovedfortreatmentordisposal,orboth.1.1Thispracticecoversseveralmethodsforcollectingwastesamplesfromtrucks.Thesemethodsareadaptedspecificallyforsamplingunconsolidatedsolidwastesinbulkloadsusingseveraltypesofsamplingequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SeeSection6forspecificprecautionarystatements.
